Add members to the group
1 Select the group and Options > Add members.
2 Mark each contact you want to add, and select OK.
Manage contact groups
Select Menu > Contacts.
Send a message to all group members
Tap and hold the group, and select Create message .
Set a ringing tone for a group
Tap and hold the group, and select Ringing tone.
Rename a group
Tap and hold the group, and select Rename.
Delete a group
Tap and hold the group, and select Delete.
Add a contact to a group
Select the group and Options > Add members.
To check which other groups a contact belongs to, select the
group and the contact, and Options > Belongs to groups.
Remove a contact from a group
Select the group and the contact, and Options > Remove
from group.
Messaging
Messaging main view
Select Menu > Messaging.
Messaging is a network service.
Create a new message
Select New message.
Tip: To avoid rewriting messages that you send often, use
saved messages in the Templates folder in My folders. You can
also create and save your own templates.
Messaging contains the following folders:
Inbox — Received messages, except e-mail and cell
broadcast messages.
My folders — Organize your messages into folders.
Drafts — Draft messages that have not been sent.
Sent — The last messages that have been sent, excluding
messages sent using Bluetooth connectivity. You can define
the number of messages that can be saved in this folder.
Outbox — Messages waiting to be sent are temporarily
stored in the Outbox folder, for example, when your device
is outside network coverage.
Delivery reports — Request the network to send you a
delivery report of the text messages and multimedia
messages you have sent (network service).
