To retrieve e-mail from a remote mailbox, select E-mail > E-mail >
Send and receive. Select to retrieve e-mail from all mailboxes or from a
selected mailbox. If you have e-mail in the outbox folder, these
messages are sent simultaneously.
To open a message, tap twice the header of the message you want to read.
Create and send e-mail
1. Tap the e-mail icon in the task navigator.
2. Tap to create a new message.
3. Write the recipient’s e-mail address. Add a semicolon (;) to separate
multiple recipients. If the recipient is in your personal contacts list,
tap . Select the recipient from the list, and tap Add. After you
select all the recipients, tap OK.
4. Fill in the subject, and write the message. To send the message, tap .
E-mail scheduling
When an Internet connection is active, you can send and receive e-mail
messages at scheduled intervals. To define e-mail scheduling settings,
do the following:
1. Select E-mail > E-mail > Scheduling....
2. Select the mailbox for which you want to enable scheduling, and
tap Edit.
3. To define the start time, end time, and interval of sending and receiving,
tap the desired field, and tap the arrows to change the time. If you
use the 12-hour clock format, tap the am/pm field. In the Days: field,
highlight the weekdays you want the connection to be made.
4. Tap OK to save the settings.
Inbox folder
The Inbox folder contains received messages. The headers of unread
messages are shown in bold.
5. To send a new message, tap . To reply to a message, tap . To send
a reply to the sender of a message and to the recipients in the CC field,
tap . To forward a message, tap . To delete a message, tap . To
send all unsent messages and receive all new messages, tap .
To search for a message, select E-mail > Tools > Search.
