Call Functions

Making a Call

Key in the phone number, press the Navi Key

(

Call).

Answering a Call

Press the Navi Key (Answer).

Ending a Call

Press the Navi Key (End).

Clearing the Display

Press and hold .

Rejecting a Call

Press at an incoming call. (If the Divert

when busy function is activated, rejecting an in-

coming call will also divert the call.)

Redial

With display clear, press to access the last

dialled numbers.

Adjusting the Earpiece Volume

Press or during a call.

In-Call Options

Entering the In-Call Options during a Call

Press , then press (Options).

Scrolling the In-Call Options

Use or to scroll the available options, e.g.

Hold, New call, End all calls, Phone

book.

Select).

Phone Book Functions

Quick Save (a Name & Number in Phone Book)

Key in the phone number, press or to

change the Navi Key text to

Save. Press

Save). Key in the name and press (OK).

Quick Find (a Name & Number from Phone Book)

Press (with display clear), (key in the first let-

ter of the name), scroll with or to the de-

sired name. Press and hold to view the

phone number.

Storing a phone number for Speed Dial

Press (Menu), (Select), use and

to find

Speed Dials, press (Se-

lect

), (Assign), find the desired name/

phone number, press (OK).

Speed Dialling

Press a number key 1 - 9, press (Call).

One Touch Dialling

If the Speed Dialling function in menu is

activated, press and hold a number key 2 - 9 for

One Touch Dialling.

Press and hold to dial the Voice Mailbox

number. (The Voice Mailbox number has to be

stored in the memory)
